This project, OLC Standout, was intended to acknowledge the work of the Office of the Legislative Counsel at the end of the fiscal year. The concept wasn't determined so my job was to present different concepts to the communication department, then present our final idea to the executives.
I designed three different concepts, the concept shown was one of my favorite. It is very elegant and stylish, sort of like an event ceremony. We wanted to create a branding that celebrated the achievements of the agency.
In the end, the project was canceled because it overlapped with other recognition programs. In the design process, this project ended on the first set of drafts. I decided to include this project because it shows a small part of the creative process.
